MT Customer Service... Priceless

I have been working with Mark and LT for the past month or so devising a plan for my FJ build. After much research and financial planning I had an appointment to have my lift, UCAs, sliders, and a few other odds and ends installed this coming Saturday. After receiving word on Tuesday that I would be getting laid off at the end of the month, I was forced to cancel my appointment and back out of the purchases we had planned. I called LT and canceled. He was very understanding and wished me the best. Today I got a call from Mark expressing his condolences and reassuring me that things would work themselves out, that he completely understands since he too has been there. These guysreally go the extra mile and for that I wanted to publicly say thanks.

MetalTech is a first class operation not only for their quality merchandise, but more importantly, for their level of customer service.
