Washington sells more sunglasses per capita than any other state in the Union. There are so few sunny days, people put them down, actually loosing the glasses by the next time the Sun comes out.

Oregon has high taxes because it's so socialist! A lot of people live on the Washington side (Vancouver) and either work in the "Beaver" state or just buy stuff in Oregon. Mt. St. Helens is already gone, so unless your near Mt. Rainier I wouldn't worry about volcanos...
Washington buys sunglasses...that's just the eastside of the state...It's sunnier than Arizona, but don't tell anyone we don't want them here.
