Dealing with cell phone drivers, now we have feedbag drivers
I am sure most of you have seen the hands free cell phone thread that takes effect in some states July 1st.

Besides having to deal with drivers weaving all over the road while yakking or texting, now we have to deal with drivers who have a feedbag strapped to their mugs.
