Note: All MFC Fuel Cans are designed to accommodate either Gasoline or Diesel Fuel. However DOT Regulations require that a Red Strap be placed on Gasoline cans and Yellow Strap be placed on Diesel cans. |
Page 5 of this article talks about the different seals for Scepter cans. The artical also addresses DOT regulations. In both instances, you guys hsould be fine.
