I don't know if you need it 'professionally' installed but I've helped install the OME kit before. I'd suggest going to a Midas or Merchants and asking someone to transfer the old springs from the stock shocks to the new ones. Saves a lot of time, energy, and much safer. I think you slip him a $20 or so and that should cover it.
