Audi TT or Mini Cooper S?

I need some opinions on this:

I am thinking of getting a second car, no way am I getting rid of the FJC though. Seeing that gas is somewhat expensive now, I want to get something with good fuel economy but also want something sporty. Two vehicles that I am looking at are the Audi TT and the Mini Cooper S.

From what I have checked out I can get a base Audi TT four cylinder for 35-36K. A Mini Cooper S with options like thier Premium Package, DSC, Sport Suspension and Limited Slip would run me 25-26K.

It appears that the Audi is slightly faster than the Mini S, but the Mini S gets better MPG. The Audi is a bit more luxurious, but the Mini out corners it. My question is does anyone think the Audi TT is 10K more car than the Mini S?
