A little consumer input here . . . while I was able to get my new front bumper and winch installed I had to figure some of it out on my own. The instructions are detailed in telling you how to remove parts and install the left and right mounting brackets. However, after that they are very abbreviated leaving much room for improvement. Also, nothing in the instructions informs you that the grill must be reinstalled prior to installing the bumper if a winch is mounted to the bumper. Wasn't an issue for me as the bumper was not tightened but I could see someone getting very aggravated if they had already tightened everything down.
Also, I had several fasteners left over with no apparent place to use them. Lastly, while the winch was purchased along with the bumper, Superwinch included four bolts that fit the bumper and reinforcement plate for mounting. However, no bolts were present of the correct size to bolt through the fairlead, bumper, and reinforcing plate. This necessitated a trip to the hardware store.
While the instructions could be improved upon, the bumper and winch combo is great and the workmanship on the bumper looks very good.
