Built my front tube bumper w/2" receiver

A while back I built a 2" receiver to accomodate a winch on a multi mount for the front of the FJ. It worked out well but I still wanted a different bumper. So I built a tube bumper and incorporated a 2" receiver into it. It can also be built with a winch plate as well.

Specs: As built with 2" receiver

Weight-91 lbs
Top Tube-1 1/2" .188 wall(3/16") DOM tubing

Second bar-1 1/4" .188 wall(3/16") DOM tubing

Main verticle supports-1 1/2" .188 wall(3/16") DOM tubing

4 side supports-1 1/4" .188 wall(3/16") DOM tubing

Main mounting plates (4) 1/4" steel plate

Main cross bar-at bottom just above stock tow hooks- 1 1/2" X 2" .188 wall square tubing

Receiver-2 1/2" .250 wall square tubing

Receiver support- 1/4" plate steel welded to rear of receiver, 90degree supports behind it (tough to see in photos). 1 1/4" .188 wall DOM tube Hoz. connected to two main vert supports and welded to bottom of receiver. Two Vet.1 1/4 .188 wall DOM tubing welded to sides of receiver and HOZ 1 1/4 .188 wall DOM tubing above and below. One 1 1/4" .188 wall DOM tubing angle brace below receiver attached to 1/4" steel plate

Top Cover-1/16" steel plate welded to top bar and fitted under grill bezel and body around to fender flares.

I have recently been getting many questions about the multi mount and wiring for the rear of the vehicle. The links below are to the multi mount and the wiring. Both are from Warn.
