If your using Toytec's custom rear coils I would stay with the 5125's and adapter. The adapter makes it about 25.35" extended vs. the 5100 23.50 extended. If you don't like using the adapter go with the ES9000. Both are longer than the new 5100 coming out. The Toytec coil is 2.5" longer than stock. Last time I was testing mine, the Bilstein 5125 w/adapter still limited down travel some.
