i was thinking you meant 5k miles on the FJ, haha.
Depends a little on the type of terrain you will encounter.
First off, i would go 3inch lift (either adjustables up front or Old Man EMU all around)
Then tires, mud terrain if you plan to wheel couple times a month, all terrains if maybe once a month.
Next, i would replace the bumpers with steel.
Then, add skids if you will see lots of rocks.
