i would say tires first then rock rails. I wouldnt get firestone mts people had some tire lugs falling off, i had this same issue with light off roading and only 14k on them but others might tell you they had better experience im just stating my experience with them was not good. Take slithers advise and invest in a nice credit card because once you start its hard to stop.
