For lifting the truck without rails and such you can get a lift mate. It connects to the HiLift and has hooks that hang down and hook onto the spokes of your rim and a rubber bumper that contacts the tire, a great and useful product, used one yesterday. we also used the generic version (no names mentioned) of the air bag jack on an isuzu vehicross. a much lower and lighter vehicle than the FJ. A pain in the ass to operate and then it barely lifted the vehicle at full inflation, then it popped. And as for changing tires, neither of these options are a safe bet. go out and get yourself a longer bottle jack. It's the safest and most stable of the 3
