Onboard air options

I am getting ready to start a job here on Haley Mountain, not a mountain by western standards, but pretty danged rough. There are some trails, mostly old skid paths. Trails are washed bad w/ a lot of granite and limestone outcrop and boulders. Just the kind of area where airing down would help. This is an excellent excuse to visit the onboard air question.

Did a quick search but don't have my questions answered yet. Are there any options beside Viair and ARB? Do I need a tank? No air tool plans. Looking for a permanent install, preferably under the hood. The back is already taken w/survey equip. Will I need to go to a dual battery system?

While we're at how about auto tire deflators.

Discuss amongst yourselves.
