My Scangauge had 2 codes. I cleared them and the lights went away. I did a rescan and everything was good.

If it's a minor or temporary problem, the check light should go away If not, you've got a "real" problem and need to buy a OBD reader or go to your dealer/shop to find out what the OBD code is to determine the problem.
