Yeah, Toyota calls the drive shafts a propeller shaft. The bolts connecting all the sections need to be checked regularly, they can vibrate loose... I've had this happen, it can get ugly if they come all the way off. I caught mine with 1 bolt left before the drive shaft fell off onto the road.. once it hits the road it gets real bad real fast, you are talking thousands in possible damage. That's why they want them checked.
I don't know the specs though for the FJ, I havn't gotten a service manual yet. You can allways call a dealer service department, they should be able to look up the spec for you.
