Those are the xovers for the morel 3-way speakers that are located under the seat. The 9 inch is in the door, with all the dynamat, the 3 1/2 inch dome mid is in the dash, and the tweeter is in the side panel. That picture shows it without a grill cover, but it has one matching the panel color.

It sounds wonderful!
