Re: Sand dunes in IN or MI
Take the time to learn the voucher system and enjoy this fine area of our great state. Weekdays are obviously best; as this is the only sand in the upper midwest and much farther yet. Good Mexican restaurant in Hart; great bike trail from Hart to Shelby (very scenic area in general) and a Lake Michigan lighthouse right on the public beach (rare) just a few minutes south.
State park right there w/camping and decent rentals in the area if you take the time to look.
Come to Michigan......we need your money and bad.
