I have put only 20 miles on mine, and I can already whole-heartedly endorse one: a larger interior rearview mirror.
The actual clear vision area out the back will not be any larger, but the mirror is so far forward that the viewing angle is very narrow. Move your head a few inches, and you lose what little vision you had.
If the mirror was an inch or less wider and taller, forward vision obstruction would be negligible, and it would be much easier to keep the rear view in view.
