  5. Remove the two screws at the outer edge of the face plate (red circle shows left side)

  6. Pull the face plate out and remove the three plugs at the back (red circles)

  7. Remove the four bolts holding the stereo in (red circles show left pair) and pull the stereo out.

  8. There is only one empty port to plug the unit into:

  9. Unplug all of the existing connections to ensure there is no power running to the stereo (if you know which plug powers the unit, you can save 10 seconds). Plug the iPod connection into the stereo and then plug the standard connections back in.
