here is one for yakima racks, shouldnt be too hard to find something that will work with the FJC factory one, maybe even a TRD/toyota accessory in the near future. even has a spot for a padlock.
alternately you could just get a lift and bigger tires, thus insuring that anyone attempting to steal your spare is risking certain death if they drop it on themselves...
