how about taking this a step further. Actually creating a Summit beer association for next year. Everyone who is a "member" bring a local micro brew with them to the summit for everyone else to sample. Kinda like a beer fest. And if one is so adventurous to even brew there own beer, then we could have a judging of the beers where these names could be applied. just throwing it out there.
