Sure, it will have two holes in the upper section to help keep it lite while also providing air flow. We did a cut out near the front diff so we could make the skid plat as high as possible. The cut out section will be welded back in place so you will gain 3\16in clearence on that section of skid plate. We also did wrap the front of skid up the front cross member for extra support. and of course the bolt holes are all recessed!
