I wish my dad had hooked me up with what you're doing!!! Your son should be thankful. Only one other thing I would ad to your list:
MAKE HIM SIGN UP ON THIS FORUM SO THAT WE CAN ALSO HELP HIM WHEN HE NEEDS IT (and just in case any of us need to borrow money from him...he can get it from you!!!) ha ha ha
