Yes, all MT's will chunk if they are treated the way they were by that forum member (which is awesome that he has a rep for wheeling that way). Tire dealers say that Destinations are actually better in that regard than other tire companies.

Besides their good rating, they are the sister company of Bridgestone and HQ'd in Japan where our dear old FJ is made. I trust the quality of them more than I would many others.
