Great thread!!! Very important to me since I'm still researching the FJ to decide if it is right for me.

To reiterate what HammerHead said...
One question on the skid plates. From the pictures, most seem like they would make oil changes a real PITA, which ones still allow easy access to the filter and drain plug? What about access to other maintenance points?
