That really depends on you, some people fully do doors, outer and inner skin, double layer back areas etc...
If you don't want to have too little, get a 4th pack maybe, but i think 3 would be enough, i would definitely spend another $40-50 on the liner for the floor especially towards the front of the vehicle.
