UPS transborder service is horrible, FedEx has a better serivce and a slightly cheaper in house brokerage rate.
USPS has a flat brokerage rate, but their delivery times is slow. If you can wait for it USPS is your best bet.
The sliders would be duty free if they are made in the USA. The only thing you would have to pay is the GST(PST) on the value of the sliders.
