I think you may be alright. PM big-boi. He runs 295/70-17 Toyo Open Country M/Ts using a Rough Country lift. Granted not same tires or same lift, but at least you can use his rig as a reference point. I wheeled with him last month and his FJ was a beast and the Toyo M/Ts were looking like the heat!
Just remember results may vary.
