I have been interested in trying out Green Ridge. What are the trails like there? Most of the picks made it seem pretty mild, except for those mud pits.
I am going to OBX at the end of the summer... can't really make it before then since my wife gave birth to twins this past Monday. So that is really why I am looking for a quick day trip. Since that is the most I will be able to do without a major tongue lashing.
