I added a Tundra high pitch to my FJ for the time being til I can find a nice Boomer Sooner horn. I was under the impression that the panic was louder because of the amount of juice going to it with the engine off. I would think investing in louder horns (air horns) would be better than trying to alter Toyota's most superior wiring harness.

I fall more in love with my FJ everyday!!!
