Well thanks, Moab. Those who "know" me on here know that I am pretty outdoorsy. I am not against offroading (or I wouldn't be going next month in Tahoe), but I do get mad when people do it irresponsibly. I don't think all 9 million acres need be closed to 4x4, but maybe some of it. The more fragile areas. I dunno... if you ask me, ALL of southern Utah should be National Park land!
