Now, it's true, West Point has only been ruled by one Nation during it's tenure, and maybe that's why they think they're so damned special. Ya know what I say? BORING!
On the other hand, P'cola has been under the rule of Spain, France, Great Britain, the USA, and the Confederacy (the last of which had to give it back). Hence the region is known as the "Five Flags" area.
