Cool. Another way for lawyers to make a bunch of money.
My windshield has broken and it was expensive and a pain in the neck to get fixed, but I don't see this going anywhere other than making money for that law firm. I hope I'm wrong but, the $1.15 that I got when Qwest was ordered to pay millions doesn't make me very hopeful.
