I'm going to make a set from 2" seamless with .095 walls - maybe I'll go up on the thickness since due to its intended purpose, Hmmm. I do like the Bentup rails, but a little too protruding for my liking. I'll also be desinging a roll bar out of 1 3/4" tube for good measure. I'm sure Bentup has already got this task covered as well.
I'll put up pictures when done.
