Re: KD7NAC_07FJ a.k.a. Clark's Mods

WARN Rear bumper install;

First I'd like to say WARN has done a fairly decent job with the directions. IF you follow them (read every word don't just look at the pictures) it is an easy mod.

The only critique I have is about the trimming of the stock bumper. I would have liked to have seen better pictures of the intended cut area. After some scribbling I got the idea of what they were getting at and it was pretty intuitive after that.

Here is the right side after the initial cut;

I thought the left over might give a better idea of what to cut so;

I was pretty tight on my initial cut and the plastic is butter soft so the only other finish cut I had to make after clean-up was the corner;

So after putting all the bits and pieces in, some banging with a soft faced mallet and whacking my head twice on the tow hitch everything went in with no real issues.

Now the next time someone backs into my rear bumper (3 times now) they will get a big surprise
