3" lift on stock rims&tyres

I am about to purchase a 2wd FJ and have been researching a 3" lift kit for it, most pics that i see however are on aftermarket rims and tyres. I have onely seen one pic on stocks and the vehicle had a forward rake ( front lower than rear).

Is this normal or is there something that has to be done to solve this, e.g replacing tyres? I am trying to decie between the RC kit and the Toytec. The vehicle is in the Cayman Islands wand will not be used for off roading, just daily driving, ocasional boat haul and maybe light beach driving.

The 'stance' of the vehicle will be solely determined by the suspension underneath it. If you want a level FJ, you can have one, you just build the suspension to achieve that. And then, you can go with a larger tire or stay with a stock tire.

I am personally running our Ultimate Kit on a 01 DC Tacoma, with stock 265x70's and honestly don't think it looks bad. Would new tires and wheels make the truck look better, yeah, but can I borrow $1500. I'll will upgrade those later.

Hope that helps,
