Suspension Question - Need help ASAP

I have a 2007 4x2 and wanted to level out my truck. I got a set of 4x4 springs only and was wondering if I can just swap those out without the 4x4 shocks using my existing 4x2 shocks to level my FJ. I was told I also need the complete shocks and springs setup to properly do this. I am at a friends shop but don't want to do the swap and have to redo this again if I infact need to swap the suspension complete of can I just swap the springs and use my 4x2 shocks? Any help would greatly help as I am at shop now.........

Thanks in Advance

Re: Suspension Question - Need help ASAP

It looks like the only difference is the springs on the 4x2 are softer, so the shocks should be fine.
4wd springs on 4x2

EDIT: some report the 4x2 shocks are shorter, but will still work.

Re: Suspension Question - Need help ASAP

^^ Thanks well I finally slapped the springs on and it did level my FJ to what I was looking for. I will post pictures and so far no issues at all. I'm just wondering if changing out springs affected anything related to alignment although I don't feel any changes nor does the car swerve to any side.
