Ok Folks I am typing with my eyes dilated

This is my quewtion to everyone tonight. I got a notice tonicht in the mail. Tom read it to me and it was something from Toyota that was advertising an extedned warranty. I think my mileage is around 26k or so. I know that lots of us have modded our rigs. I am wondering if it is even worth the effort.

What do you guys/gals tnhink?

Kim

Re: Ok Folks I am typing with my eyes dilated

They offered an extended warranty when I bought it and I passed. I am not much for paying for warranties. If I add up all the money I would have spent on warranties on everything from toasters to autos, what I saved will more than ppay for the things that actually break.

I have 50K on my pickup and the clutch throwout bearing just let go. For kicks I checked if it would have been covered, NOPE.

Kim, good luck on the Lasik! Just don't forget the follow-ups!

As you well know it's a straight forward procedure.

As for extended warranty, you're just betting against yourself!

If you insist on computing, turn down the monitor brightness, up the font size and put on a pair of reading glasses.

Ok this is funny. It must suck having your pupils dilated. As for warranties, I passed on the extended one.
