5150 Cruiser and funjunkie......................................... ..................
Like I said, when one learns to wheel a 2wd ALMOST anything is possible! Junkie raises a good example of when a 2wd would have to call it quits or find a by-pass. and YES 5150 I DID take the same line! Had to, no other line was there!

Re: 4x2 Worth It

I love mine!!! He gets me out of alot of junk and then home again..... Here in south Louisiana we are always getting water and lots of it. Usually the bottom is hard concrete or gravel. I can pull myself out of whatever I get myself into. I don't do lots of soft mud. I just don't like the feel so I don't put my rig in it either. My 4x2 takes me EXACTLY where I need to get.

Re: 4x2 Worth It

i have a 08 4x4 with 1000 miles on the odometer

to be honest, I should have gone with a 4x2
cheaper, same look, better mpg,

I'm not using 4wd and rear locker in the city as much as I thought I would

rear wheel drive off road would be more fun, and its not like Im gonna take my brand new fj off roading (mirrors scratch so easily)

I know I'm a poser.......but I love my fj

Re: 4x2 Worth It

Probably already said, but a locker and decent tires on a 4x2 makes it pretty capable with a decent driver.
