Dragon, your thread convinced me to get these, and I got them today with powdercoat !!!

No bolts were shipped with my order, but I've sent an email and hope to hear back soon.

If I have to run to the hardware store to get them, I'm not too worried about it.

Sorry about that. We are sending a hardware kit via overnight UPS. You will have them Friday.

Do yourself a favor and clean the threads on the frame tonight since you have to wait for the bolts. I think it took me as long to clean those as it did to mount the sliders. BTW - you'll like' em. Trust us.

Done and done. I thought i had some lock tight, but I can't find it, so I've got to make a run and go get some tomorrow.

Re: My Trail Gear Slider Story (pics)

I just got mine this week. You might ask for a little extra packing on the ends. Mine came well packed with minimal scratching. They look great, they are very heavy(well made). Putting them on this weekend.

Re: My Trail Gear Slider Story (pics)

mine are on. Everything lined up great. Used jack stands to hold em in place while I got the first couple of bolts in.

I may bend the brake line bracket. It hugging the bottom of the truck floor pretty good after I moved it.

Re: My Trail Gear Slider Story (pics)

I put mine on last week and LOVE them, wifey does too, except she's banged her shin a time or two since they tend to be a bit slick on top. I bought this safety tape at Lowes today, $3.87 for an 8 strip pack. It's the perfect size for two strips per bar and nearly invisible.

As far as those troublesome bolt holes, I pre-threaded all the bolts with NAPA anti-seize and they all went in fine. I ran them all the way in, then out, before doing the install. A pair of 5 gallon paint buckets worked perfect for holding them up.
