The Ultimate Adventure FJ

I went to the 2006 Pamona Off-Road show a few weekends ago to look at some of the new upgrades and concepts coming out for the FJs. There are some awesome aftermarket things in the mix from several companies coming out real soon. One of the highlights of the show for me was the Ultimate Adventure FJ that was on display. This is the most modified FJ I've seen thus far. Has anyone came across or own any new FJs that are more radical?

Attachment 5297 Attachment 5298 Attachment 5299 Attachment 5300

Looks to me like this one was a yellow FJ at one time. This one is set up for rock crawlin and the scars show you that it is definitely used and not just for show. WILD!!!!!!

That thing is a monster! Love the front view.

I give them a few minus points however on the details of the paint job around the doors. Rear in particular looks pretty sloppy for a pro-outfitted rig that is your rolling advertisement.

Yup, we've been following it for awhile now. No, it doesn't get wilder as of today. Give it a few years before the "average joe" makes it wild

Its huge!
That looks larger than a 3 inch lift. Does anyone know what the lift is on the Ultimate rig?

It's not sloppy.

It's trashed.

Can't you see the massive dents?

One of the stickers on the side says Tuff Country, maybe that's what lift it has.

Its a solid axle in the front. It has whatever lift it wants!!!

The link I posted has much more info. Including this link of all the work that has been done.

Re: The Ultimate Adventure FJ

I believe that thing has a solid front axle conversion. With SFA I wouldn't be afraid to lift it that high and run tires that big. All custom front and rear suspension....OOOHHH YAH!!

If I only had the $$$$$$

You think Toyota will make a TRD SE with a live axle?
