All Pro Offroad skids

Well I ordered the skids on Tuesday afternoon along with a couple other APO goodies... the skids showed up Friday. I drag the package into the living room (dropped off at front door) and start opening the package... what do I find inside? Well both skids but beyond that, about 50ftx2ft wide of bubble wrap!!!

My goodness guys, it's a skid plate. You guys built the skids like a tank I don't think it needs its own airbag system

That said the manufacturing quality looks very good and the powdercoating is very even. I can't wait to install these onto the FJ and replace the downey skid. I'll snap pics tomorrow after I put them on...

Now if only the second package would get here.

Hahahaha! I thought the same thing with the bumper and sliders.
But hey, at least they aren't all scratched up.

Re: All Pro Offroad skids

skids are on... install was easy although I encountered the same problem that I ran into with my downey skid. one of the middle mounting points did not fit correctly.

old downey skid

new hotness

Re: All Pro Offroad skids

minor trail damage, will need to get in there with a grinder and spray some paint on it and keep the rust down

whoopsie

and the mounting hole that needs to be opened up a bit
