Re: Safari Snorkel's !

I just got off the phone with Buddy at ARB USA. The Safari Snorkel is designed, but not under development. As of this morning the ARB FJ Cruiser is in the outback with 12 news crews for product shots and reviews in anticipation of the AU release. When it returns to Melbourne at the end of the month it will go into the "Safari studio" to get the prototype fitted and any mods made before production. The release is anticipated for this fall.

There is also a change in the ARB rear bumper. There is a shipment of the first 10 that is scheduled to hit the American market soon. These do not have the holes drilled for the backup sensors. ARB can make them work now, but the holes have to be manually drilled and properly retrofitted. The second order of 50 (including mine) will be here in the US by mid-July at the latest. (Just after I leave and in time to mess it up for Ouray).

-Ben
There are also several other ARB items in production for the FJ, however I was unable to get anything other than that out of Buddy
