For those doing a bumper install I have an easy way to trim the wheel well plastic. Use a torch to heat the blade on a utility knife. With the knife hot it slices through the plastic like butter. You need to stop often and reheat but it makes the job real easy and you have lots of control.

As I do own tin snips and do not own a blowtorch at present, I think I will be going this route.
