Ordered my union today and it should be in on Saturday. It is $3.88 for the part, curious why the same part is a different cost depending on your location.

I just picked mine up today. The "list" price was over $5 and their price was the same as your quote. My install is tomorrow, pics will follow and I'll be looking for my "Scuba" sticker in Ouray...

FINALLY got around to getting a couple of pictures for you. STILL haven't gathered together enough gumption to finish the dang bracket for the filter element. But the important stuff is visible through all the dirt and muck (sorry).



Again, thanks for bringing this, er..., oversight (on Toyota's part) to my attention AND giving us all a simple solution! Great stuff!

Picked up my union for $3.89 today. Ordered it yesterday and the parts guy said it was his second that day. Thanks Shadow for your post. I'm going to put me breather next to the others in the engine bay. I hope it will still qualify for the sticker. I'll post pics when I'm done. See you in Ouray.

Well, finally got around to snapping a pic of mine. Done and tested last weekend in the High Uinta mountains.
