Ok, I got mine done today. I used the scepter filters mounted with a "Makaser Mount" in the Jack storage compartment...

I left around 10-12" of slack. Probably more than I would need, but it is all tucked up out of the way, so I didn't think it was an issue. I also didn't want to have to redo the mod after I get my new suspension this spring.

Perfect that is exactly what i did cause im also upgrading my rear springs. Thanks for clarifying.

ok guys just to clarify.....if you go the route of keeping them seperate....you dont need the adapter piece......just cut both ends the rear diff and elock run longer tubes and exit out the rear with a filter?
