Is this bumper street legal in all states?

It appears that the portion of the bumper that becomes truly vertical is fairly high off the ground. Many states have enacted laws (some fairly recent) that truck bumpers must meet a minimum height standard. When cars are tested in safety crashes the front and rear bumpers provide some of the credit for the vehicle safety rating. When a truck with a high bumper rear ends a car the safety factor of the cars rear bumper is negated. This is the reason many states have enacted with law and the reason for my question.
I know Oregon has no such law... thank god.

Re: All Pro Bumper

I found this web site - http://www.truckworld.com/How-to-Tec...lift-laws.html - to help with minimum bumper height. Unfortunately the information is several years old, but it does recommend that the reader check with the local DMV.

It took a couple edits, but I finally got it.

Re: All Pro Bumper

That looks good in cardboard, Can't wait to see it in steel! Although the cardboard would be lighter but water might be a proplem!

Looks like it could be a winner. Clean and simple.

How does it (will it) behave with respect to the front airbag sensors?
