Yay! So, tomorrow we're taking out the jet skis for the first ride of the season. The FJ will be the tow vehicle, since it's just a day trip to the Delta.
I'm taking the camera, and will post some "hitched up" pix later. Can't wait!

Where do you launch and ride? I've been dying to get my boat out since our weather finally turned nice and stopped raining. We launch our X2 from Discovery Bay. Tell us how cold the water is...!
We launched yesterday from Sherman Island, near the Antioch Bridge.
Everything went well, after a slight delay. Our trailer's wiring harness was too SHORT to connect to the FJC's connector - which is recessed under the bumper by about 6".
So Dave had to build a "bridge connector" extension for the two in order to get all the lights and signals conencted and working on the trailer. Happily, he's really good at this stuff.
The water was cold - but we had our full wetsuits, booties and gloves on, so it was fine. Weird - cold, yet we both still got a mild facial sunBURN.
