ARB Front Locker and IFS?

I have heard very mixed things about the installation and use of any Front Locker system with the IFS. I know it can be done and it sounds like a difficult installation but I am concerned more about durability after the install.

Any comments from people that have done this would be appreciated. Is it worth it? I have the A-Trac and the Rear Locker now...

Your opinions please.

Thanks!

Re: ARB Front Locker and IFS?

I've done it but haven't used the front locker very often. It works splendidly but it will put a lot of stress on your CV's if you're not careful, but that's true with ATRAC as well. Most of the terrain I wheel doesn't require a front locker but it's there if I need it. You just have to exercise some restraint with the throttle so that you don't pop a CV, but, as I mentioned, that's true even without a front locker.
