ARB Rear Bumper

Anyone running the ARB rear bumper. They're back ordered and while I'm waiting to order one does anyone have some input? How do you tow a regular hitch and ball? Cris

Re: ARB Rear Bumper

i think the arb rear is on back order not because it is selling well, but because there is not that much demand for it. i think they just put out the first few and havent had enough demand to make/ship more.

i dunno, the bumper just turned out to be a dissapointment for me and many others....

but if you like it, buy it. i think it looks good, it just doesnt have all the extra mounts and such that we all wanted.

Re: ARB Rear Bumper

As I recall, they are in the process of redesigning to accommodate the demands they failed to meet in their initial production run.

Re: ARB Rear Bumper

i got the ARB bumper last week i love it it has payed for itself after i was rear ended at a stop light i got one scratch.
the bumper is easy to install . it is about 80lb. I was told there are three shipments one has allready sold out the other this month Oct.
the bad part is you have to cut out part of the bumper to attach the trailer hitch. the best place to get them is direct from ARB in Wa state. ( i can'nt find the address. It came by UPS@!!@@@@@ the box was beat to hell and the fit kit was missing. I called them an they sent the kit within a couple days

Re: ARB Rear Bumper

Was there a big clearance problem with the factory hitch?
